Over the past year I have found myself in a bit of a funk. I am just not as motivated as I used to be! From doing my school work to even getting myself to the gym to even waking up in the morning!! It has been something that has been really bothering me. For my project this semester I am going to improve my own life and find ways to motivate myself and hopefully it will help other people that are going through the same thing! I used to work out every day, be very consistent with my school work, maintain good grades and a healthy diet. I really wish to go back to this. By the end of this semester I am going to get myself mentally and physically back where I used to be!!
